1.5oz gin
0.5oz dry vermouth
0.5oz blue curacao
0.5oz lemon juice
1 dash orange bitters
1 dash grenadine
a cherry and a small feather garnish
Fill shaker with ice.
Gin, dry vermouth, blue curacao, lemon juice, orange bitters, and grenadine to the shaker.
Shake well.
Strain the cocktail into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with a cherry and a small feather to give the cocktail a dapper touch.

Lavender Infused Negroni

2oz gin
1oz sweet vermouth
1oz Campari
1/4 cup fresh lavender flowers
1/2 cup simple syrup
orange peel garnish
For lavender simple syrup, combine 1 cup of sugar, 1 cup of water, and 1/4 cup of fresh lavender flowers in a small saucepan. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Strain the syrup through a fine-mesh sieve and let it cool.To make the lavender-infused gin, combine 1 cup of gin and 1/4 cup of fresh lavender flowers in a sealable jar. Let the mixture steep for 24 hours, then strain the gin through a fine-mesh sieve and discard the lavender.For the cocktail, combine the lavender-infused gin, sweet vermouth, and Campari in a mixing glass with ice. Stir until well chilled, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a strip of orange peel.

The Aperol Spritz Float

1.5oz Aperol
1oz vodka
1/2oz orange liqueur
1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
orange slice garnish, it is a Spritz after all
Aperol, vodka, orange liqueur, and ice cream in a blender. Blend until smooth, then pour the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with an orange slice.

Rosemary Respected

2oz vodka
1oz cranberry juice
1/2oz lime juice
1/2oz simple syrup
1 sprig rosemary
lime garnish
Vodka, cranberry juice, lime juice, simple syrup, and rosemary sprig in a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with lime wedges.

Hazelnut Old Fashioned

2oz bourbon
1/2oz chocolate hazelnut syrup
2 dashes bitters
orange peel garnish
For chocolate hazelnut syrup, combine 1/2 cup of chocolate hazelnut spread and 1/2 cup of water in a small saucepan. Heat the mixture over low heat, stirring constantly, until the hazelnut spread is fully melted and the syrup is smooth. Cool.Combine the bourbon, chocolate hazelnut syrup, and bitters in a mixing glass with ice. Stir until well chilled, then strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with a strip of orange peel.

Picking Strawberries

2oz vodka
1oz lemon juice
1oz strawberry syrup
1/2oz Cointreau
1/2oz grenadine
strawberry garnish
Combine the vodka, lemon juice, strawberry syrup, Cointreau, and grenadine in a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a strawberry.

The Spiced Pear

2oz pear liqueur
1oz vodka
1/2oz lemon juice
1/2oz simple syrup
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground black peppercorn
1 pear slice garnish
To make the cocktail, combine the pear liqueur, vodka, lemon juice, simple syrup, cinnamon, and peppercorn in a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a slice of pear.
